"HOLY WOOD" - 10.000 trees for Berlin HOLY WOOD is the fourth thought-provoking impulse with which ENTEGA – together with the Berlin artist Ralf Schmerberg and Trigger Happy Productions – addresses important issues in society.The concept of “HOLY WOOD” is : an art installation during the Berlinale, the foundation of the non-profit initiative “10,000 Trees for Berlin” and a book about the forest. The unifying message: Climate protection concerns us all ! „Waste is the largest source of energy“ – is the statement of the third part of the Entega Campaign„Denkanstösse“. For the new action „Stromfresser“, a giant igloo consisting of 322 old refrigerators on a steel frame was set up on the "Gänsemarkt" in the center of Hamburg. This walk – in art installation is open to the public from Oct. 29 to Nov. 9th 2010.
