PEP BOSCH Pep Bosch was born in Barcelona. He worked as an illustrator at different graphic studios before directing his first short film at age 21. Soon after he started his successful career as a commercial director by shooting 30 karaoke background videos for the Barcelona Olympics in 1992. This has since led him to work for Audi, VW, BMW, Volvo, Toyota, Honda, Visa, Ikea and Hornbach amongst others, and winning awards at almost all the international film festivals – including 5 Clio Awards and 5 Cannes Lions, three of which in the past two years. His work is characterized by his lyrical way of storytelling, subtle humor, sweeping visuals and amazing character performances. With that and his strong eye for detail, Bosch has made a name for himself in the international world of advertising, working with some of the most renowned agencies around the world – from SCPF in Barcelona, McCann in Madrid and BBH and Fallon in London, to Forman & Bodenfors in Goteborg, BETC Paris, Loducca in Sao Paulo, Publicis Mojo in Sydney, Fuel Amsterdam and Heimat in Berlin, Pep has certainly no shortage of commercial clients in his Rolodex.
